We serve in the roles of financial advisor, chief restructuring officer, independent director, trustee, plan administrator, examiner receiver and creditor representative.  We provide services to publicly traded and privately traded companies, secured lenders, unsecured creditors’ committees, trustees, bondholders, private equity companies, investment bankers, attorneys, and other parties-in-interest to ensure that their interests are protected and maximized.
