Appointed as Receiver and Financial Advisor for student housing projects. The project included 8 student housing buildings located on over 37 acres.

Services Included:

​

Analyzing and developing an operating restructuring plan to reduce costs and maintain viability for the property.

 

Developing and implementing a construction and remediation process for all 8 buildings, including retention of architect, engineers and contractor bid process.

 

Interfacing with bondholders, quasi-governmental entity ownership.

 

Providing oversight and operational and financial reporting improvements for the property.
